LEICSDON

JOSS LIKE THAT ANOTHER WEEK ZOOMS BY! Before you know it it'll be new years eve and you'll be slightly fatter and older with fuck all to show for it.

ANYWAY my mum got me a cactus. That's alright innit, like legit grown man shit. or is it cacti because there is a few in this pot. Who knows about this shit? Are they gonna grow bigger?

Me and Nico did a set supporting Flava D inside Sophbeck this weekend. Young Josh Willis was slopped off inside. Long time wickedlander, I can't believe how grown up this guy looks now. Smoking big boy fags and all sorts.

A couple cat drawings in this shop window. People like cats on the internet right? I'm just giving the people what they want.

Me and Tom went down to London to stay with Jamie. We went out and about with Jamie, Ben and Ben's girl Rebecca. Before petting a big dog in the street Jamie took us to this mental bar with skulls and snakes and stuff. We've lost him.

A fun game you can play with yourself in London is 'Cool or Mental'. It's pretty self explanatory

Natalie got the biiiiiig Mexican spread on the go for the boys. Tacos and fajitas. We were sipping these Mexican mojitos too. It was all fucking brilliant haha. I really miss my sisters cooking bad.

This logo is absolutely great, isn't it? I love shit like this.

We met up with SPT and Dwayne and went to this bowling place. We didn't actually get to bowl as all the lanes were taken but we sat down, drank loads of pints really fast and talked about fantasy football and Drake. It was cool.

I'm pretty sure fashion is just wearing a coat made of that shit marathon runners wear when they finish a race haha.

This is cool, in the lobby of my building. The people vs the CCTV company! They're moaning about big shit being dumped by the bins. The wardrobe is mine, my bad. Fuck them man, we make the rules round here. Not these CCTV wankers.

Olly came through with the Papa Johns pizza voucher. Love that. I was sat at my desk and I used a telephone to just ring someone else and cook me the lunch I wanted and bring it to me. That's good isn't it. Once people just sat in caves and killed each other and shit. Now I used an invention to get someone to make me lunch and bring it right to me, in about 15 minutes. for no money. What a time to be alive.

I hope you all have a good (rest of the) weekend! Cheers for popping by!

BY NIGHT, BY GOSH

Yoooooo I've been listening to so much 50 cent recently. I wish I could force it all on you lot. I'll gladly give you an accompanying talk after every song explaining why he is so incredible. email me if you want in on the lecture.

The Cypriot guys in the block near me had one of their winter night time barbecues. As if the women in the block being the most beautiful girls in the city isn't already enough they do cool shit like this. I desperately need an in with this lot. I'm alright round a barbecue. I might go and offer my services.

Look at Brad. Just waltzes into my building, sits outside my flat waiting for me watching something on his phone on my wifi whilst having himself a little rum and coke. He fucking knows he is upto no good.

I went out to celebrate my birthday with some of the guys. look at this lot. Happier the further forward they are.

This is when you get deep in the back

MAN LIKE AJ YEAH. I think about this guy who has his burger van parked outside Opal halls all the time. He's got his little TV in there but seriously this job must rot your mind. It's such a small place. at least with like TJs or something you can be chilling in the back and doing whatever, then just coming out to serve customers.

Girls love doing weird overly intimate shit like sharing a coat don't they. I wonder if they break down these physical and personal space barriers when they don't have an audience or if it is in fact just for attention and to force the idea that they are good friends.

Real show shit. Look at this. Maaaaad ratings for anyone wearing sunglasses at night. Maaaadder ratings for any old person wearing sunglasses. Even more bonus points if they are those big Mary J Blige 2003 motherfuckers. Rate that kind of swag especially in Mcdonalds.

Is there anyone who DOESN'T think that the new art on the bridge on Narborough road depicts people hanging? I don't mean like people chilling out, I mean people being hanged? It's so morbid and as the project was taking shape suuuurely that's something the artists and the commissioners must have been aware of right? I really don't understand how a blunder of that proportion got the green light.

So that's a DVD from HMV, a pizza, cheesecake and kitchen roll. Literally a night in in a basket before my eyes. I wonder what the DVD was.

Krispy Kremes has finally opened in the Highcross. The queues are an absolute myth, just ignore it for a bit. I don't know if I can ever see them dying down though. Like I think for the sort of people who live in Leicester Krispy Kremes are almost a status symbol, like they aren't used to cool shit like this. Either that or the begging will die off soon and you'll be able to waltz right up to the service counter. I don't know, let's wait and see.

When I talk about wanting physical post to die a death it's not just lyrics. I actually mean this shit and I'm 100% committed to the cause. I can't believe it's 2015, a time when we are sending people into space, sharing whole HD movies with people on the other side of the world in less than a second and there are still people around who think the best way to contact someone with important information is by physically sending them a piece of paper with it wrote on. Writing this alone is pissing me off.

Man like Kamdog came through and put some verses down for our forthcoming project with Tp called Silver Tongued 2. If you don't know it's obviously a sequel to the first one, a four track hip hop EP produced by myself with lyrics from all three of us. It should be out pretty soon!

Oiiiii put in the W.E.R.K in the kitchen and made a looooad of portions of this chicken, veg and rice. It's actually so nice, like I'm fully enjoying smashing them every day haha. It worked out so cheap too, Like £1.25 per portion. Come holla me, I'm selling them out the window of my flat for £4 each.

I love seeing food like this, it's makes everything so easy in my mind. Very calming.

That's what's been going on, I should have some very exciting WL news soon, keep an eye out! Cheers for popping by.

CIRCLES AND RECTANGLES

Yooooo Wickedlanders what's going on? I was thinking the other day about night as a concept, and like what it means in culture. Like it's pretty cool that the whole world goes dark for like half of the time in a day, basically rendering one of your senses useless. It's pretty cool the way that 'night' is synonymous with the underworld and a wealth of criminal activity. The whole 'creature of the night' thing, like how the same space can be completely different when the lights are turned off.

There is a new Morrisons local on Market street near the McDonalds. I've never warmed much to Morrisons and I figured this could be the thing that ends the war.

It's pretty sick you know. They've got a salad bar, a fresh bake section with sweet stuff and savoury pastries and a bunch of other cool shit.

All in all it's pretty good but it closes at 8pm. I can only hope that's gonna change in the near future, it's unacceptable. 8pm when there is a Tesco that serves the same purpose 100 yards away that's open until 11pm is ridiculous.

Being pissed in Mcdonalds is always a good laugh. This was after that house party I shot my recent music video at. Didn't actually get any photos from the party, but scroll down to check it out haha.

Me and Brad saw P Reign at Republic. We've been to a few of these midweek American PAs at Republic recently. They're always pretty fun but we always go sober or not really drinking much. For some reason I thought it would be a wicked idea to get blind drunk before going. I was completely hammered and don't remember much of the night.

P Reign knows about Wickedland. He was like 'I love your fucking blog! Me and Drake read it all the time!' I was like fuuuuuck man, chill out. 'Put me on the blog! Put me on the blog!' chill man.

I'm getting into sweet potato fries at the minute. I made this chicken, veg and sweet potato fries. Thing is when I'm conscious that the things I'm eating are healthy I go fucking mental and pile the plate as high and heavy as I can. In my mind it's like aaaaah it's ok! It's all good for you!

Jimlad and Frank enjoying a lovely little Nandos the other day.

Lol big up all the road men and the trappers

Standard Wickedland Pete, this guy is a fixture now. It's weird to think that he's made Wickedland more times than Birdman isn't it? Like when a new striker comes along and smashes the stats of some guy you view through rose tinted glasses from the 90s. Oh shit ok, Pete scored more goals per game than Birdman. Who knew.

This guy made me laugh. His pose and everything is like if I looked into my minds eye to draw a cartoon of a traffic warden he is pretty much perfect. I might draw him.

This little spot of spray paint on the floor near my flat has been there about a week. I cannot capture in a photograph how bright and lovely it is. It's fully fluorescent and everything else this time of year is completely dull and grey. I've really enjoyed seeing it on my walk to and from the office every day and I've been thinking I can't take a photo and write about it on my blog, yet here I am haha. I want you all to see it in the flesh, it's so nice.

Yesterday was my birthday! Natalie sent me this little personalised cake through the post, pretty fun. It came in a little box with a candle, a party blower thing and some balloons so I might have a little one man birthday party later.

That's all your Wickedland for the week. I might draw that fat bloke over the weekend. I might not, who knows, the future is a mystery. Thanks for coming by!
