LARKING IN MALLORCA

Ay you know me, ay ay you know me. What's going on? I was away last week on my jollys with my mum and Rose, here are some pictures I gathered.

There was loads of nice little designs everywhere. I really liked this haha so simple.

dunkno the pepper spaceeee. These were just hanging up for sale on some market. Pretty shower innit.

This shank was also for sale. If I was a roadman I'd fully role with this legend of Askabah thing, so sick man.

Sombrero season obviiiiooousssslllyyyyy

This kind of shit. That's my shit right there, I like that.

This was the view from our apartment. It was really nice were we were staying, pure baller shit. It was so chilling and quiet. You could climb down those rocks and jump in the sea for a little swim.

Fortuna cigarettes were doing a cool thing for some limited edition packs. Each letter from 'fortuna' was designed separately for 7 different packs. This was the only one I photographed but they were all different and really good.

The beach was so so nice, the water was so clear and lovely. Also iPhones panoramic mode is pretty good for shit like this isn't it?

I think ice cold Coca Cola from the can is one of the best things you can put in your mouth. It's so syrupy and unreal when you're too hot.

The weather was a bit hit and miss the whole time we were there. Most days it was sunshine in patches through cloud but one day when we went into the next town along it absolutely hammered it down. It was great, being sheltered and watching people get soaked hahaha

CHEEKY DEECE! DECENT! LOVE IT!

Lol. This is good isn't it? The spacing of the words and the way the words fall on to different lines has been put that way by a human haha, how weird.

These glasses were sick. They were like one flush peice of plastic all the way round. Too skeng.

Nothing says 'I lack ambition' like a fat bird with her top on inside out.

I saw a pretty exciting cat fight. There was a gang of like 5 cats that knocked about just up the road from our hotel and I just caught the end of them having a scrap. This one got badded up and came to chill with me. This whole thing was the single best thing cats have ever done in my life.

Then he got gassed up and started flashing me his cock. Prick

This old birds earrings were on a million at the poolside. Rick Ross stacks and bundles.

Art in the airport. What? Shuuuuuutuuuup

There is so much I hate about this bloke. I hate those super tight wooden beaded necklaces that weird hippies wear that sit too high up the neck. I hate cowboy hats and novelty hats. Holiday hats.

Well that's that. I've got loads of pictures of sick food we ate there but that's a whole seperate post all together. Thanks for coming by Wickedlanders!

FOOD HAIR LONG EGG ASK SPIN

Isn't it boring and annoying when acts go into the live lounge and perform their songs exactly the same as they originally sound? like obviously it shows very good musical talent but it's a little bit lazy isn't it? the whole idea is that you do a stripped back version isn't it? Nevermind.

What's going on people? This is like the shortest most embarrassing post ever because I've literally done nothing this week. All it's been is work and breaking bad. I think I'm becoming an adult who lives his life within the confines of routine without realising it.

On the plus side I went to burger king after football the other night and sat outside with Frank and Jimlad. How good is Burger King? it's the very best. We wore crowns, so fuck your life.

Why do fat birds love this hair doo? Is it because Adele did it? I noticed loads of fat birds always go for this sort of style, and try to look really smart and that. I dunno, just an observation. If I had a massive fat head, I wouldn't wear a giant extra Beatles hair cut on top of it to draw attention to it.

Exciting times at my mums house when Rose had possibly the longest chip I've ever seen in my life. You laugh, and sure; call it embarrassing, but think of every single chip you've ever seen in your life, and this is the biggest one. What now. There are millions of chips and only one Eiffel Tower. I know what I'm more dazzled by.

I went to the Rugby the other day with Dan, Dans dad and Tom. I'm not massively into rugby. Infact nah, I'm not into rugby at all. But it was a free ticket and me and Tom had a good laugh asking Dan about the rules all the time. It's so so funny when they kick the 'ball' (it's not a fucking ball) out for a line out. It looks so petulant and childish.

THIS WEEK ON SAMS HEAD EXPLODING: A woman walked into Mcdonalds, put vouchers to be used in Mcdonalds on the counter and asked 'can I use these here?' I'm pretty sure that prompted the deepest breath I've ever taken.

This week at work has been the busiest week of my whole year, with all of our freshers artwork going to print. The last month or so has been mad, but this final deadline was a killer. Of all the beautiful things in this world great or small I've spent most of my week staring at the little spinning circle of death. I hate this cunt.

Well that's all! I'm fucking off to sunny spain with my mum and Rose for a week next week so you won't be getting a podcast out of us. What you can do is follow this link to a space online where I host all the old ones and listen to one you missed from a while ago. Enjoy and thanks for popping by!

CHOPPING FRUIT AND VEG IN MELTON MOWBRAY

So I spent a week in July out in Melton Mowbray at the house of Leicestershire artist Debbie Bird collaborating on a project for Sainsbury's. There is a new store opening up in Melton and they've commissioned a piece of artwork that is going to be 4 metres wide and 2 metres tall for the side of the building. I received good news yesterday that the Melton Borough Council have approved the artwork and it is going to be going into commission.

All week long me and Debbie were working on a concept that we came up with, and that concept is for the artwork to be an entire landscape focused around a park that is in the middle of Melton, with all local monuments and sights in this scene around the park. The park is to be busy with people with loads going on, and everything in the entire scene is to be made from fresh fruit and veg.

We were chopping and slicing veg all week, laying out characters on perspex sheets and photographing them from a light box, so they were illuminated. Sadly, the project isn't finished yet, but here are some photos that sum up how I spend my week out in Melton, working in Debbie Bird's studio for Sainsbury's!
